Mishawaka police still do not know where the University Park Mall shooter is, but they do know who he is.
He’s been identified as 21-year-old Dazhon Howard, a black man from South Bend, who is 5’8″ and 160 pounds.
Investigators say Howard got into a fight with 23-year-old Delaney Crosby inside the mall last Saturday, pulled out a gun, and shot and killed him.
