A North Manchester man is in serious condition after crashing his vehicle on State Road 114 Wednesday.
According to yournews.com, Austin R. Hopkins, 26, crossed the eastbound lane near 500 East and drove off the south side of the road. Hopkins' vehicle continued in the ditch for approximately 100 yards before hitting a culvert and utility pole, when he is believed to have been ejected from the vehicle. Hopkins was transported by helicopter to Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne with severe head injuries and remains in serious condition.
The investigation in still underway.
