North Webster man arrested following drug raid

A North Webster man is in custody after police conducted a drug raid at his home.

The raid happened Friday morning. Police reportedly seized crystal methamphetamine, marijuana, heroin, cocaine, mushrooms, and prescription pills inside the home. All of those drugs had a combined street value of $15,000, according to police.

Digital scales, paraphernalia, and almost $2,000 in cash was also seized.

37-year-old Neal Minnick was arrested at the home. He’s been charged with a total of five felonies, including level 2 felony dealing methamphetamine enhanced 5-10 grams, level 2 felony dealing in a narcotic drug enhanced 5-10 grams, level 3 felony possession of methamphetamine enhanced 10-28 grams, level 4 felony possession of narcotic enhanced 5-10 grams and level 6 felony criminal gang activity.

He’s facing over 90 years in prison if convicted of all five charges.
