The parent company of a major employer in Kosciusko County is being sold.
The private equity firm Beecken Petty O’Keefe announced it’s selling the parent company of Paragon Medical to NN Incorporated of Johnson City, Tennessee.
Paragon is reportedly being sold for $375 million.
Paragon makes medical devices for surgery and implants and is headquartered in Pierceton.
