Patricia J. Reitz-Collins, age 85, passed away on October 12, 2025, in Warsaw, Indiana.
A Life Celebration® visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 from 1-2 pm at Titus Funeral Home and Cremation Service,1001 S. Huntington Street, Syracuse, Indiana. The funeral will follow the visitation at 2pm. Pastor Jason Rohde will officiate. Burial will take place at Union Cemetery in Syracuse.
