Another peaceful Black Lives Matter protest is set for this afternoon on the downtown Warsaw courthouse lawn.

This is the fourth protest organized by Maria Medina and Ofelia Rios, and the second one to be held on the courthouse lawn. The last one at the courthouse was held Wednesday, June 3rd, where over 300 people attended to hear stories from people.

People attending today will have the chance to speak and it will also shine light onto what is happening in the background with the organizers and their past and planned meetings with Warsaw Mayor Joe Thallemer.

Today’s protest is scheduled to go from 5 to 7 PM.
