A Pierceton man suffered serious injuries in a motor scooter accident Friday morning.
The Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office says deputies were called to US 30 near Van Ness Road around 10am.
They say 54-year old Stevie Johnson was operating the scooter when it ran over debris on the shoulder, causing him to lose control.
He was taken to Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne with serious injuries.
