No injuries were reported after a plane slid off the runway at the Fort Wayne International Airport Tuesday night.
A Delta jet carrying 51 people and headed to Atlanta slid while preparing for takeoff. The aircraft hit a patch of ice and slid into a snow bank off the runway.
Operations at the airport were delayed until passengers could be evacuated.
The 51 passengers were eventually able to head to Atlanta about seven hours after they were supposed to leave.
