Red Cross to test blood donations for COVID-19 antibodies

If you want a coronavirus antibody test, the American Red Cross has you covered.

The tests will be conducted on every blood donation given to the Red Cross, and the tests will be able to tell if you’ve been exposed to the coronavirus.

The anitbody test results will be available within ten days through the Red Cross Blood Donor App or RedCrossBlood.org, but testing will only last for a limited time.

The Red Cross is still in urgent need of blood donations and are asking Hoosiers to donate, since most hospitals are moving forward with surgeries.
