Testing, contact tracing, and expanding school COVID data are becoming more important as schools are in full force throughout the area.

Teresa Reed from the Kosciusko County Health Department, along with Tina Fugate from MedStat spoke at Wednesday’s now bi-weekly COVID press conference from Warsaw City Hall. Reed also mentioned that the department will begin to release data regarding COVID cases within the schools to the media and public to provide more transparency.

When speaking on the pandemic locally, Reed says we’ve been lucky:

Fugate reminded the public that testing continues at the MedStat locations in the area. She says scheduling an appointment is the best way to go. You can find more information or schedule an appointment here.
