ANDERSON — Indiana State Troopers arrested two people after a road rage incident on I-69 Wednesday night.

Police got a call just before midnight from someone who thought a gun was pointed at them from the rearview window of the car in front of them.

Officers responded and found a vehicle that matched the description and spoke to the driver, Ty Richardson and the passenger Jaron Ratliff. Officers say they could smell marijuana inside and detained both of them.

Police found over half a pound of pot in the center console and a handgun in the glovebox. Richardson and Ratliff, both 19, were arrested. They face charges of possession of weed, and operating while intoxicated. Ratliff faces a charge of pointing a firearm.
