WARSAW — A new fund has been established at the Kosciusko County Community
Foundation by the Warsaw Rotary Club to support the development of a dog park in Warsaw.
The new fund reflects the Warsaw Rotary Club’s ongoing commitment of giving back to the community.
“Our hope is to provide a space for residents, especially those living in apartments or without yards, where they can actively exercise their dogs,” said Seth Bradford, Warsaw Rotary President.
“With more housing being added in town, this park will offer a safe and welcoming
place for both people and pets to enjoy.”
The dog park will be located on South McKinley Street, adjacent to
Krebs Trailhead Park and will feature two separated fenced-in areas, one for small dogs and one for large dogs.
Membership options will be available so that all dogs are properly registered.
Once completed, the park will be maintained by the Warsaw Parks and Recreation Department.
