The second of two men who escaped from Kosciusko County Work Release in December has been arrested.
27-year-old Nicholas Hall of Warsaw was arrested Wednesday morning.
Hall and Curtis Hunley escaped through a window of the work release center December 20 when inmates were called to report for drug testing.
Hunley was arrested last month.
