Authorities in Steuben County are asking for your help finding a sex offender.
A warrant has been issued by the Steuben County Sheriff's Office for 29 year old Matthew Ray Epperson. He's charged with a count of failing to register as a sex offender.
Epperson is a white male standing 5 foot 10 and weighing about 165 pounds. He's listed as having brown eyes and brown hair, but his hair may be dyed green and he also may wear glasses.
