Sheriff’s office announces new hirings

WARSAW — Kosciusko County Sheriff’s office has announced numerous hirings including two officers, a director of dispatch and a director of work release.

Those include Dan Buell of Milford and Brette Stamper of Warsaw — both of whom will be assigned to the patrol division.

Buell has eight years of Law Enforcement experience.

Stamper has eight years of Law Enforcement experience.

Jerrad Jones of Warsaw has been named director of work release. He’s been with the Sheriff’s Office for 16 years. 

Amanda See of Leesburg has been named director of dispatch. She has 12 years of dispatching experience. 

The three new dispatchers include Heather McGuire of Warsaw, Samantha McGuigan of Walkerton, and Jakayla Troyer of Milford.

Other hirings: Josh Gonzalez of Warsaw will serve as Assistant Director of Work Release. He began working for the Sheriff’s Office in 2014  in Work Release. Kiersten Abbott of North Manchester will serve as a cook and food preparation specialist for the jail’s food service program.
