Winona Lake Limitless Park and Cerulean Restaurant in Winona Lake are hosting a Summer Picnic community event Saturday. The event is at Cerulean Garden from noon to 2 p.m. There will be burgers, hot dogs, salads and sweets. The cost is $10 for adults and $5 for children under 14. Reservations are required.
