Tippecanoe Valley received a grant Tuesday night during their home basketball game from a well known sausage and deli meat company.

Eckrich teamed up with the Warsaw Martin’s Supermarket to donate a portion of products to the school with items that were bought between October 20th and November 16th. Through all the sales made, Eckrich made a donation of $4,150.

“Giving back to the community is part of Eckrich’s heritage, and we are excited for the opportunity to continue this tradition with this donation.” said Elizabeth Di John, director of marketing for Smithfield Foods. “We’re proud to support the schools and teachers by encouraging their positive impact on the community.”

“Martin’s is fortunate to have fantastic community-focused partners who support our efforts to give back.” said TVHS’ Lori Tilden-Geiger. “We’re delighted to serve the residents of Akron and is proud to be a part of this donation to support our local schools and their students.”
