Two people are behind bars after surveillance captured them participating in drug activity. Warsaw Police Narcotics confirmed 23-year-old Jesse Caudill, of Warsaw, and his girlfriend 25-year-old Brooke Slone, of Leesburg, were in possession of illegal drugs. On Wednesday, June 3, officers arrested both Caudill and Slone. Caudill is charged with felony of dealing heroin. He is being held in Kosciusko County Jail with no bond. Slone is charged with felony possession of a narcotic after she tried to hide it. She is also being held in Kosciusko County Jail with a $5,250 bond.
