Two Kosciusko Residents Sentenced

Two Kosciusko County residents have been sentenced on charges that the illegally collected unemployment insurance. WNDU reports that Joshua J. Bradley of Claypool was sentenced to three years of probation and ordered to repay $13,330.20 for benefits collected illegally.

Also Cheyenne D. Ritenour of Warsaw was sentenced to three years probation and has to give back $14,394. According to the Indiana Fraud Task Force, Aaron Beldon of Argos and three people from South Bend also were given similar sentences as the state continues to crack down on people wrongfully applying for unemployment insurance.
