Two local high school students raise money for Honor Flight Northeast Indiana

Two local high school students are fundraising for a one-of-a-kind experience for veterans.

Tippecanoe Valley High School Junior Elijah Holder and Warsaw Junior Anthony Bass are working together to raise money for Honor Flight Northeast Indiana. It’s part of a project for the Kosciusko Youth Leadership Academy.

They collected money at a Tippecanoe Valley girls basketball game this week, and aim to collect more at Warsaw’s game on Saturday.

The two students hope to raise $500 for Honor Flight Northeast Indiana, which sends local veterans to Washington, D.C. for a one-day, free visit.
