Two-state police pursuit ends in LaGrange County

Three people were arrested after a multi-state, multi-police agency chase.

Police started pursuing a vehicle in Three Rivers Friday night at about 8:30 p.m.

The vehicle portion of the pursuit continued into LaGrange County, Indiana and ended at State Road 120 West and County Road 300 West when the vehicle ran over stop sticks.

The driver, 30-year-old Rachel Sue Hicks, allegedly got out and ran from the scene, but was caught by officers and two civilians.

Two passengers surrendered immediately and are charged with visiting a common nuisance.

Hicks is facing multiple charges, including possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia, possession of hypodermic needles, maintaining a common nuisance, resisting law enforcement, criminal recklessness, and false informing.
