Two Warsaw brothers are facing intimidation with a deadly weapon charges after being arrested on Christmas Eve.

54-year-old Frederick Erwin and 39-year-old Faron Erwin are accused of threatening a man with a baseball bat and a semi-automatic handgun.

Court documents say Faron told the man he would kill him while pointing the gun at him. The man then left in his vehicle, fearing for his life.

Authorities found a Smith & Wesson handgun in Faron’s waistband when they searched him, but they say it was unloaded. They found the baseball bat in the Erwin brothers’ vehicle.
