Warsaw Man Arrested For Child Molesting

Fifty-eight-year-old John Hale was arrested for allegedly molesting a child under 14 years of age.
Hale, 3699 N. CR 175E, Warsaw, was arrested by Warsaw police Monday afternoon, and is being held on a $50,000 bond at Kosciusko County Jail.
Warsaw Police Dept. Cpl. Jaime de la Fuente met with the Indiana Department of Child Services Feb. 27, 2014, according to a probable cause affidavit provided by Kosciusko County Prosecutor’s Office. A caseworker advised that the victim, a child under 14 years of age, told her that while living with Hale and his wife, Hale sexually abused her several times between 2010 and 2012. The victim later told a Child Advocacy Center representative that Hale had sex with her on several occasions between January 2010 and Nov. 20, 2012, at Hale’s residence. This occurred approximately 20 times.
The victim’s mother advised that when she was 22, Hale had sexual intercourse with her four or five times. Police also interviewed the victim’s sister, who said Hale had sexual intercourse with her almost nightly between June and August 2012.
Hale told police that he did in fact have sexual relations with the victim’s mother and sister. Hale’s wife admitted to knowing that Hale had these sexual relationships.
