A Warsaw man has been charged for possession of child pornography.
33-year old Jonathan Roberts was sentenced to 63 months in prison before the US District Court in South Bend on Tuesday. Along with his prison sentence, Roberts will also have five years of supervised release and was ordered to pay $20,000 in restitution.
According to court documents, in August 2017, Roberts possessed a cell phone that had videos and pictures of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct. Roberts also later admitted that the images on the phone were child pornography.
The investigation was done by the Department of Homeland Security and the FBI.
