WCS To Host Robotics VEX VRC State Qualifier Tournament

The engineering and technology departments of Edgewood Middle School, Lakeview Middle School, and Warsaw Area Career Center are proud to announce the joint hosting of the Warsaw Robotics Blended VEX VRC State Qualifier tournament. The Tower Takeover event will take place on January 18. Doors will open for the event at 7:30 a.m. with registration and inspection taking place from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.  The tournament location will be held at Tiger Recreation & Activity Center (TRAC) located on the WCHS campus.

The event is scheduled to conclude at approximately 5:45 p.m. with an awards ceremony. Concessions will be available throughout the day with breakfast, lunch, beverages, and snacks all available to guests and participants. Schools participating in the event include Plymouth High School, Lincoln Junior High School, Schmucker Middle School, Jay County High School, Winamac Community High School, Portage High School and Middle School, Speedway High School, Warsaw Area Career Center, Lake Central High School, John Glenn High School, Southwood Jr./Sr. High School, Traders Point Christian Academy, Maconaquah High School, and Northwood Middle School.
