Winter snow advisory issued for much of northern Indiana for morning commute

WARSAW — Kosciusko County is among the areas acrtoss northern Indiana, southwest Michigan and  northwest Ohio this morning that is under a winter snow advisory issued by the National Weather Service.

The advisory began at 1 a.m. and continues until 7 a.m. Tuesday with total snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches. Expect gusty winds up to 35 mph.

Plan on slippery road conditions for the morning commute.

Meterlogist Matt Rudkin predicts temperatures will rise by mid-morning causing snow to chang to rain.
