World Compassion Network Collecting Donations For Hurricane Ian Victims

World Compassion Network is collecting supplies and donations for victims of hurricane Ian.

Collection days and times are today, Oct. 11, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 to 6 p.m.; Thursday, Oct. 13, 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 to 6 p.m.; and Saturday, Oct. 15, 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Items can be dropped off at Tranzstar Warehouse, 1406 W. Winona Ave., Warsaw. Look for the World Compassion Network box truck.

Needed donation items include tarps (large for roofs), general cleaning solutions, mops, rags, sponges, scrub brushes, N95 face masks, rubber gloves diapers for infants up to 4 years old, baby wipes, flashlights with batteries, contractor grade (heavy duty) trash bags, pull-top canned fruit and meat, peanut butter and crackers, protein and granola bars, other dry snack foods and nonperishable baby food.

Only items on the list can be accepted. Drop off items during the collection times only.
