WHITLEY COUNTY — The Indiana Department of Transportation announces the closure of State Road 14 near South Whitley for pipe construction.
Starting on or after June 1, crews will work on the pipe between S. 475 W. and S. 350 W. Work on the project is expected to be complete by the end of June. All work is weather-dependent and schedules are subject to change.
During the closure, drivers should use the official detour of State Road 9, State Road 114 and State Road 5, or seek an alternate route.
INDOT encourages drivers to consider safety for all by slowing down, using extra caution and driving distraction-free when traveling around all work zones.
