Abigail Irene Cuban, 21, of 640 Deerfield Path, Warsaw, was booked into the Kosciusko County Jail 12/29/2016 on felony charges of neglect of a dependent, possession of methamphetamine, possession of a narcotic and maintaining a common nuisance. Her bond was set at $5,250.
