The need for bell ringers for the Salvation Army’s annual Red Kettle Campaign is up this holiday season due to the coronavirus.

Envoy Ken Locke says the lower turnout was expected, however they are looking to get ringers out during the weekend at their kettle locations of Walmart and Kroger. Locke says 2019 was a banner year for the kettles as a record $48,200 was raised in Kosciusko County.

The campaign runs through December 24th so there is still time to volunteer.  Individuals, churches, businesses and groups can sign up at www.registertoring.com.
