A fund in memory of Payton Slaymaker has been set up through the Kosciusko County Community Foundation.
The 1st annual Payton Slaymaker Love of Llamas Fund was established and will contribute to DIPG research and award a 4H Llama Exhibitor who has demonstrated perseverance, dedication, and strength of character. The description of the fund also said it will be awarded to those who exhibit traits that Payton taught all who love her.
The goal for the fund this year is $5,000. The hope for the fund is that it will help comfort the Slaymaker family in the knowledge that the community will not forget about Payton. Donations to the fund can be made on the Foundation’s website at kcfoundation.org.
