Kosciusko County Convention And Visitors Bureau Launches Engage Kosciusko Digital Passport Program

The Kosciusko County Convention and Visitors Bureau (KCCVB) has launched the Engage Kosciusko digital passport program, which will include both challenge passports, which will give users the chance to earn prizes, and savings passports, which will give users the opportunity to receive discounts at participating area businesses.

These digital passports include the Trail Blazer Challenge Passport, the Public Art Trail Challenge Passport and the Sipping Trail Savings Passport. These passports are free and easy to sign up for on the KCCVB website, VisitKosciuskoCounty.org. Users will save the passports to their phone, making it easy to remember and use.

The Trail Blazer Challenge Passport consists of 12 trails and nature sites in the county. If users check-in to all 12 locations, they will win their choice of a Trail Blazer-branded metal water bottle or fidget spinner, according to a news release from the KCCVB.

The Public Art Trail Challenge Passport includes 32 sculptures and murals in the county. If users check in to 15 locations, they will win a pair of sunglasses with All Things Art printed on them. If they check into all 32 locations, they will be entered into a drawing for $100 to the Village at Winona. This drawing will take place on March 15, 2023.

The Sipping Trail Savings Passport features seven locations in the county, including HopLore Brewing Company, Man Cave Brewing Company, Ledgeview Brewing Company, Tippy Creek Winery, Port Winona Wine & Market and Anthology Whiskey Room. Each of the businesses on the passport is offering a discount to passholders for visiting. This includes discounts on food and merchandise, the release states.

“This is a great program to help visitors and residents to discover new places in the county. Users have the opportunity to engage in a fresh way with our outdoor resources, arts and culture experiences, and local businesses while earning fun prizes or discounts,” Laura Rothhaar, the marketing and communications manager at KCCVB, said.

In the future, KCCVB will launch more digital passports, such as an upcoming Taco Trail Savings Passport. Sign up for current passports and watch for new ones online at visitkosciuskocounty.org/engage-kosciusko-experience-passes/.
