Lawsuit Filed By A.G. Zoeller Against Former WCS Employee

A former Warsaw Community Schools maintenance director is facing some heat from the Indiana Attorney General. Gregory Schroeder of Milford is facing charges of corrupt business influence, bribery, and theft in an on-going kickback scheme with Continental Maintenance Specialties Incorporated owner Brian Stowers. Now, Schroeder and the CMS business are facing a civil suit that was filed by Attorney General Greg Zoeller. The suit asks for repayment just shy of $1 million. Schroeder is accused of buying an excessive amount of cleaning products from Stowers with school funds and getting kickbacks from Stowers. Zoeller calls the case “among the most egregious public corruption situations” he's ever seen.
