A Marion Man has pleaded guilty to killing a 3 year old Bluffton boy. According to 21 Alive, the Wells County Prosecutor filed a murder charge against Zachary Barnes on Wednesday after an autopsy revealed that the boy had died from blunt force trauma. Barnes pleaded guilty in exchange for all other charges being dropped. If the plea agreement is accepted by the judge, it would call for Barnes to serve 50 years in prison. A sentencing date has been set August 6 at 10 a.m.
