Police Arrest Two Individuals In Milford On Burglary Charges

Milford Police, assisted by the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department, arrested two individuals this afternoon, and preliminarily charged both with felony burglary.

Milford officers responded to the location of 111 West Section Street, Milford, this morning at 10:35 a.m., in response to a disturbance.  Upon arrival, two individuals fled from the immediate area of the residential apartments.  Officers then established surveillance on a possible suspect vehicle near the original scene.  Shortly after the noon hour, officers from both agencies took Kyle Dewayne Knight, 20, Leesburg, and Tiffany Marie Moses, 26, Fort Wayne, into custody at the suspect vehicle.  During the continued investigation, officers were able to establish probable cause that both subjects were involved in the previous burglary incident.
Knight and Moses are both being held in the Kosciusko County Jail on individual $6,000 bonds.
The Kosciusko County Prosecutor’s Office advises that the defendant’s charge is merely an accusation and that the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
