Quiet Riot, Jeep rally, Juneteenth, sesquicentinnial and ski show happening this weekend

WARSAW – There’s a lot going on this weekend in Kosciusko County.

Here is a quick recap:

  • Quiet Riot takes the stage tonight as the headliner for The Rockin’ for Riley concert at Central Park in Warsaw. The opening act, Cream Camino, performs at 6:30 p.m. Quiet Riot hits the stage at 8 p.m. The free concert is a benefit for Riley Children’s Hospital.
  • There’s also Third Friday in downtown Warsaw, which will feature a Jeep roundup and karaoke. That runs from 5 to 8 p..m.
  • Claypool begins a two-day celebration of its sesquicentennial on Friday. The town’s parade is Saturday morning.
  • On Saturday, One Warsaw will host Juneteenth at the Shrine building at the fairgrounds. The start time is 6 p.m.
  • The weekend-long City of Lakes Ski Tournament at Hidden Lake in Warsaw begins Friday at 7 p.m. and then continues Saturday and Sunday at 8 a.m.
