The woman who allegedly passed a stopped school bus and hit and killed three children in Fulton County last month is due to be in court tomorrow morning. 24-year old Alyssa Shepherd of Rochester faces initial charges of reckless homicide and illegally passing a school bus. She has been free on bond. A fourth child remains hospitalized.
