Sleep disorders topic of talk at Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital

WARSAW — Sleep apnea, insomnia and restless leg syndrome are just a few of the more than 80 types of sleep disorders that can prevent you from getting a good night’s rest. Sleep disorders can affect people at any age and can seriously impact the body’s restorative cycles, leading to numerous health issues.

The Sleep Disorders Center at Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital has a team of medical professionals that will evaluate your symptoms and find ways to help you get a better, safer night’s rest.

Learn more from Kelly Annen, RPSGT, a registered polysomnographic technologist, who will discuss some common sleep disorders and treatment options on Thursday, October 19 from 8:30-9:30 a.m. the hospital’s administrative classroom, located at 2101 E. Dubois Dr., Warsaw.
