A Syracuse has been arrested on sexual misconduct charges. 25 year old Richard Lee Hardwick III allegedly had sexual intercourse with a girl he knew was underage, that according to a probable cause affidavit filed by the Kosciusko County prosecutor’s office. Syracuse Police Dept. officers spoke to the victim, and she admitted to skipping school Nov. 4 and met with Hardwick at his residence. She said they went to a shed behind his residence and Hardwick started kissing her and fondling her before they had intercourse. Hardwick was arrested and remains in the Kosciusko County Jail on a $25,500 bond.
