A Warsaw man is accused of driving while intoxicated and passing a school bus that had stopped to drop off children. According to the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department, on Monday, a deputy watched 21-year old Michael Scott Goble drive by a school bus on County Road 100 East near 450 North while the bus was stopped with its flashing lights on and the “stop arms” out. Goble allegedly failed a sobriety test and jail officers say they found synthetic marijuana in his pockets.
