The 8-year-old who was fatally struck in a crosswalk on Husky Trail Monday afternoon has been identified as Gidieon Cook.
He recently finished the second grade at Harrison Elementary School.
Warsaw Police say the driver has cooperated in the investigation by providing a blood draw as well as a consensual search of her cell phone. Investigators are awaiting results of the forensic cell phone download and the toxicology report.

A candle light vigil is scheduled for Thursday at 7:30 p.m. at the crosswalk of North Pointe Drive and Husky Trail in front of Harrison Elementary School in Warsaw.
