A Silver Lake man has been arrested following bomb threats to Warsaw Community High School in September.

The Warsaw Police Department says the threats came in on September 18th and 27th, when bomb threats were made directly by phone to the high school by an unknown subject at the time. On Wednesday, police spoke with 46-year old Mark Schultz who was a person of interest in the investigation.

Police said Schultz admitted to making the false phone calls so he could commit a robbery at a local business; however, that robbery never took place.

Schultz was taken to the Kosciusko County Jail on a felony charge of intimidation. Additional charges are anticipated in the case.
